We weighed anchor in 2010 with an abundance of tomatoes, a little ambition and several adult beverages. With that, we began making salsa.

 

After adjusting the recipe over the course of a few years we created this Southwest version.  

 

                      Formulated with medium heat, to require a little beverage to wash it down!
